I have been on the track since 2020, today on the McLaren 720S GT3 in the DTM and in the NLS, the Nürburgring Endurance Series, including the 24-hour race. An overview of every programme I have been part of so far.

I take on the work on the car, coordinate the technical workflow in the garage and stand on the pit wall during the race. Bookable for a single race weekend, a test day or a whole season.
Technical coordination
Organising workflows, steering the mechanics tasks, getting cars ready on schedule. In the NLS I have run a car as Car Chief.
Pit stop & race duty
Pit-stop experience from the DTM on the lollipop. Plus six years of experience as a race mechanic.
Logistics & parts management
Coordinating spare-parts procurement, deliveries and repairs.

About me
About Mandy Paschen: from the Lamborghini apprenticeship to the DTM
Motorsport has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a kid I watched every Formula 1 race with my dad, and at around eight I was in a kart myself. Since then it's been clear to me: I want to be part of it all, right where the work on the cars happens.
I turned that passion into my profession: an apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician at Lamborghini, then the mechanical engineering technician qualification at evening school alongside a full-time job. Today I am at the track full-time with Dörr Motorsport in the DTM.
